What Makes Us Different from Conventional Consultants?
Classical corporate consultancy is normally driven by theory, recommending classical standards and strategies, and even sees it as an advantage if the assignment is completed prior to its execution. Great but not necessarily helpful. Most research shows that the difference between success and failure is in the implementation. Founded in 1997, U² has developed a totally different approach.
What we do is to focus on processes and structures. We go for solutions that are individually customized. Our consultancy services are based on the well-known and accepted theories while being "unconventionally operational" in execution, highly enactment oriented and combined with a fine sense of what is doable. There is a sound reason for this: many of our staff come from the auto and mechanical engineering industries. And this is why we relish the smell of machine oil, why we feel so much at home at the assembly line, on the shop floor, and in a production environment.
