Layout planning

Do you have problems with available space, or don’t you use the available space efficiently enough? Are your premises really at the capacity limit? What would a layout look like, that has eliminated all waste? We will deliver to you answers on those questions!

With help of suitable methods and tools we check your production and logistic area in detail. In order to create together with you a lean layout, we analyze the material flow from incoming area to production and assembly ending at shipment. Production and logistic devices are arranged taking into consideration the existing material and information flows. We can accomplish this by considering existing restrictions or on Greenfield.
