Time Management^plus

An optimization of processes and standard times is achieved with support of video analysis and KAIZEN-Tools. This methodology supports existing systems like REFA or MTM. It is the goal to improve sustainable the workflow, to reevaluate the timing and to standardize and document it in a reproducible way. Reliable data is gained for the production control and the cost calculation. Time Management^plus is suitable for existing and new processes.

Content/Structure

• Theoretical and practical training of the participants and explanation of the methodology of the analysis; target group: employees of process engineering, planning, assembly and production
• Demarcation of the area to be analyzed
• Video- and data recording of the processes to be analyzed
• Video analysis: structuring of the workflow and determination of the time needed and the efficiency (reflection of the current situation)
• Identification and documentation of optimization including evaluation of the potential
• Short term realization of improvements and scheduling of medium-term measures
• Determination of new standards, working instructions and rules
• Implementation of the changed workflow in the time management
• Approval and documentation of the new standard times
• Generation of time components to derive further times (planning time)
• Exact determination of non-productive times (personal/factual) based on a catalog for non-productive times; the customer team will be included in order to avoid global non-productive times that are not reflecting the current situation.
